"Investing isn't about the markets, it's about people.

It's about you and making your money work for you."

That is the philosophy that Damien bases his practice upon as he helps individuals and families plan for what is ahead.

Damien Caillault, CRPC®
Financial Advisor

A Financial Advisor with Stifel, Damien Caillault has obtained the Charter Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation and has developed a deep understanding of the fixed income market and municipal bonds, in particular, after eight years with the GMS Group.

Damien began his investment industry career in 2008, in the midst of the Great Recession.  Experiencing this firsthand convinced him that it is easier to build wealth when one does not have to make up for losses.  Therefore, his first priority is to seek stability and return of principal for clients before anything else.

A U.S. citizen since 2012, Damien was born and raised in France and studied and worked in the United Kingdom and in Spain.  Being trilingual, as well as his experience in other industries (exports, construction, and fragrances, amongst others), helps him keep a common sense and grounded approach when analyzing companies and understanding investors' backgrounds.

Outside the office, Damien enjoys every minute he can spend with his daughter, Gwendoline, and wife, Diana.  He uses the little spare time he has cooking delicious meals for them, travelling, enjoying the outdoors, and volunteering with the Morristown Rotary Club.

Janice Raab
Client Service Associate

Janice joined Stifel in 2007 as a Client Service Associate.  She assists with a variety of client service requests, including, but not limited to, new account opening, general account maintenance, and funds transfers.  Her work assisting clients in their day-to-day needs, account-related needs, and in the implementation of strategies allows Damien to focus on his clients and their investments.

Prior to joining Stifel, she was employed with Finance Investments, Inc.  She earned an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree and lives in East Hanover, where she grew up.

When she is not spending her time with her husband, five children, and eight grandchildren, she is riding her exercise bike, crocheting, painting, or doing odd renovation projects around the house.
